What I've Been Building

I tend to build things when I find a problem I can't leave alone.

Some have become businesses, clinical and educational systems, tools, or frameworks. Others are still experiments.

Here's some of what that has turned into.

My relationship with AI began much more recently than you might guess. I took a truly amazing AI training, and then I did what I tend to do: kept pulling threads. Learn how I got started with AI

Healthcare Practice Operating System
In Practice

Health Ownership Model

A transferable operating system for healthcare practices that want a different way to work.

The Health Ownership Model brings together the business of healthcare, clinical care, patient education, technology, and human connection. It's designed for practices that want support breaking outside the limitations of the insurance model while empowering both providers and patients to be active participants in creating better health.

It's built to be implemented, not just understood.

Business of Healthcare

The operations, economics, and structure that keep a practice running and able to serve.

Clinical Chiropractic & Health Practice
Active Practice

Sustainable Alignment

My clinical practice, where I work directly with patients to help them connect with their bodies, understand the signals they're receiving, and develop better two-way communication.

My clinical work draws from chiropractic, nutrition, supplements, energy release, and other approaches based on the person in front of me.

Body Learning Lab

Body Learning Lab is where I build health education designed to help people better understand their bodies and take a more active role in their health.

It's a place for turning ideas, tools, and lessons from healthcare into education people can actually use, whether or not they're sitting in my treatment room.

Context Matters

Health makes more sense when we look at more of the context.

Context Matters is a workshop series I created to explore the different things that shape our health. Each workshop brings in another expert or local specialty business to help us look more closely at one piece of the picture.

It's a way to learn from people who know their piece deeply, make connections we might otherwise miss, and expand the conversation about what contributes to health.

AI for Healthcare Providers: Power and Protection

Patients aren't the only ones confused about AI in healthcare. Providers are too, and I hear both ends of it: people who think it can do anything, and people who've heard one alarming secondhand story and won't touch it at all. Both reactions come from the same place, not enough real information. I'm building a training specifically for healthcare providers on how powerful AI actually is and how to use it without compromising patient privacy or security. It's the provider-side counterpart to Tech for Your Health.

The Business Brain

Sustainable Alignment OS is the Notion system underneath everything I run: operations, financials, marketing, compliance, AI frameworks, all of it connected instead of scattered across a dozen separate tools. It's the reason I can ask a question about my own business and get an actual answer instead of digging through old email threads and half-remembered decisions.

The Book Framework Lab

I devour audiobooks, and I got tired of the ideas disappearing the moment I finished one. So I built the Book Framework Lab: one version in ChatGPT, another in Claude connected to a Notion database, so every book I read and every connection between frameworks gets logged into my second brain instead of evaporating. It helps me process what I'm reading so I can operationalize the frameworks and ideas from books instead of just collecting them.

Training Intelligence Advisor

The same idea as the Book Framework Lab, applied to everything I sit through instead of everything I read: webinars, trainings, conferences, courses. I'm using it right now to get through The Uncommon Business's SuperHuman Work program, so instead of a course draining out of my head the week after I finish it, I have something to talk it through with.
